Just wanna say that I bought a 30 Day subscription on steam almost 2 weeks ago and still don't have it on my Swtor account. I've deleted my credit card and everything, but on "My SWTOR" it still says next billing date is december 14th. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Cancel your subscription.

My current plan is ~$13 per month as I subscribe for 6 months at a time.

How to cancel subscription? Do a word search for: "If you wish to choose the Free-to-Play option you can" and if you're on the right page like I linked, that should show up.

I'd suggest you send a ticket in to Customer Service in-game @juan to ask about the email you received and whether you will indeed be re-billed automatically. I've never used a gamecard for any game in my life. Benefits include an increased level cap of 75 and access to the most recent expansions: Onslaught, Knights of the Eternal Throne, and Knights of the Fallen Empire. The rewards from the Friends of SWTOR program are granted at the same time that your referred friend(s) get their Complimentary Cartel Coins for their monthly subscription(s).
Near the top of this page is a My Game section, and under that is 'Edit Subscription'. Don't really know what to do at this point. Click on Subscriptions in the Account Management sidebar to the right of the screen.

It appears there is no subscription to cancel, it disappears when no subscription and the sub types all say "buy now" instead of one being ticked. I have called their support probably 6 times and have sent them screenshots 4 different times from different emails.
